at your height to be 190 lbs you are a machine

My heaviest recently was 205 , my weight fluctuates like crazy.

Nestle resource 2.0 with one scoop of protein added. Breakfast pre workout.

Protein: 40g
Carbs: 58g
Fat : 23 g

Pre workout photos week 1 out of 4. But behind on my cut, but thanks to pur-pharma-canada, I shall mutate rather quickly with my mutant freakish genetics. It was custom for me to never show my body in prep before a contest but I’m breaking that tradition since I don’t think any of my competitors can see me here but you never know.
