Approved Log 40yo Newbie Log - First Testosterone Cycle

Hello,

I’m male, 40 years old, and I’m 165lbs 5ft 10. I’m unsure of my fat percentage.
I’m currently attending the gym 3-5 times a week and looking to gain more lean mass. See my before cycle photo attached:

I have been considering doing my first cycle of Test E only but am looking for advice from those here with experience.

I’d like to start with a small dose (100mg per week) and then go from there up to a max of 250mg per week if my body accepts the test without issues or sides. Slow, steady and safe is how I want to do it. My goal would be to have the “fake natty” look, not super huge but defined and toned.

I’d also like to mention that I’m single and still have goals of starting a family one day so I’d like to keep my balls functional and not lose fertility. However I do also believe that building my body will also help with finding a mate which is quite the paradox considering the risk of infertility with AAS.

I’ve been researching a lot of from what I understand I was thinking of taking only the Test E and HCG to hopefully help with fertility issues.

Is there anything else I need on my shopping list?

I was looking at also buying:

Nolvadex, Clomid and Aromasen, Armidex

Are those necessary? Any other thoughts and considerations?

My last questions are:

-Can I try a cycle out and go back to normal life after? People on the internet make it seem like once I try a cycle my life is altered forever and that I can’t go back to natty.

-How long of a cycle should I do? 12 weeks?

-Can I start without bloodwork if I go really light on the test dosage and monitor for sides? I feel in good health and most people think I’m 10 years younger then I am.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, Please share actual meals and foods you eating now as you go with some macros
Training and cardio, please share actual exercises reps and sets you doing and when, weights and times would help
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

For your cycle you need to buy n2guard for organ liver support: take 7caps ed

for PCT, you do need clomid nolvadex and hcgenerate

but for your cycle, you need aromasin as your ai but it's dose dependent on your full final test stack

Sure its call PCT, you can do pct after and recover.

12 weeks is normal with 6-8 week PCT

You're not required to do blood work but would help
 
Definitely the key here is going to be consistent weight training
Gotta build good quality muscle mass it will take time be patient

So I’m currently on a “cut” where I am eating approximately 2200 cals a day. I was on the carnivore diet for 4-5 months prior and it helped me shed a lot of fat off my body. I like to think I eat pretty clean, and I avoid carbs for the most part.

Todays food:

Breakfast - Protien shake with milk 228 cals - carbs 19g, protein 35g, fat 1.5g

Lunch- as pictured 445 cals total, carbs 12g, protein 35g, fat 28g

Dinner - as pictured 1065 cals total, carbs 10g, protein 86g, Fat 76g

I am wide open for suggestions on this. Currently I’m just using a men’s multi vitamin, fish oil and magnesium.

you can always use just nolva or just clomid
they are both SERM's

make sure you ask questions I like that
 
yeah if you're worried about fertility then maybe hold off on steroids a little longer
fertility will definitely take a hit no matter what you do
 
whether you use 100 mg or 250 mg or 1000 mg
you're still going to get shut down the same way

Test only should be a good cycle to start. Maybe throw in some anavar or tbol
