4th week Sustanon Dianabol

Hello Guys,

Would like to take some recommendations, Im on my 4th week of Sustanon and Dianabol, daily dianabol of 30mg and 500mg sustanon per week.

First week I was literally feeling like a SUPERMAN, on the 3rd week I have started becoming extremely tired and im not geting gains anymore, Wanted to check what did I do wrong ?

Daily: Multivitamins
NAC 600MG
Omega 3 fish oil
ZMA (Zinc Magnesium Vitamin B)
Taking Mass gainer and also whey seperately.

Im thinking of stoping the dianabol and shifting to Sustanon and Deca

Anyone envountered such things before ?
 
too much water retention making you fatigued. gaining too much weight.

You're doing a large cycle and of course you should expect gains.
Here is the problem, yes I have had clients with your issue, but always different issues.
The problem here is we dont know ANYTHING about you, like what do you eat how do you train, nothing about your history, so we cant tell you the problem is with sustanon or you, you understand right?
so what you need to do is SHARE more with us, how?
you need to start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary where you tell us your diet training cardio sleep and history so we can guide you with this cycle into FULL on hardcore gains. Without it, almost impossible to really help you.
To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Can you put up a log so we can start tracking you
 
i would drop the dbol
it's just too much weight change
 
a log journal will be crucial
we won't know what's going on without a full Journal

Clean the diet up
