Brotha. It’s not me saying I’m maxed out on muscle gains. It’s me saying I hit a plateau. I know I need to eat more to push the gains further than I already have (which the point I have gotten to is something I am still extremely proud of). Easier said than done. I’m a really busy guy taking a hard major at a prestigious college. If you wanna try to give some pointers or something, cool, but just simply saying i’m training wrong with no attempt to correct it is some hater shit.
