Ritchie, that's not what I'm asking. Im asking would it benifit me. I've been off cycle including Perfect PCT for 3 months. I went from 163 to 180 and im back down to 176. I just want add something to give me a little extra boost.

Make sure to get enough quality calories in to build muscle. I bet you have another 10lbs or so naturally that you could put on by eating more and training hard. After that, I would recommend the SARMS triple stack...

nolvadex at 20mg/day

The stack you have listed would defiantly help. HCGenerate will naturally increase testosterone levels and ostarine was developed for preventing muscle loss in people with HIV and cancer. It'll help you hold on to muscle off cycle. Creatine is just a great supplement to take all around. I would do a 12 week run of the 3 products.

I can tell you this much - in one study the elderly subjects were given just 5 mg of Ostarine for 3 or 4 months. In this study they did not workout or follow any particular diet. Well, guess what - all of them lost some fat, and gained on average 6-9 pounds of lean mass. Imagine would you can do with 5 times the dosage they used, with proper nutrition and working out.

Sounds legit. I actually have 4 weeks worth of Ostarine left from my PCT. Think I'm going to run the three 12 weeks.
