8 week cycle.

I know it's not long and my first 2 runs I did 12 weeks but now I only have 8 weeks to run one.

My goal is not to get massive (which I know would be hard in 8 weeks anyway) I’m looking for more of an athletic look and to drop my belly fat.

I hold a lot of water and know that I only have a few options if I want to go with a system with not much water retention.


I was looking at Sus 250 and Winstrol.

I’m about to turn 40 in Dec.

I’m 104kgs (229 pounds) So high on the body fat part b8t have dropped a lot of weight.
183cms tall.

Currently on TRT
Also doing 75 hard at the moment so training is crazy with 2 works outs a day 7 days a week.

1X 45min Cardio. Per day. I rotate each day. 1 day walking on an incline 1 day running.

1 X Weights training a day.

Diet is now so much better than it used to be. (just went through a breakup)

So, at the moment I’m fasting 16-8 and in the 8 hour period I’m eating 2 X large meals of Chicken Broc brown rice (ill change this up as I get bored but it will be high protein and super clean foods)

Snacks I’m having 4 eggs a day.

I’ve given up alcohol now 25 days without a drink and committed to 3 months all up.



Anything else you need to know to help out with suggestions?
I will happily track it as I’ve seen many requested on other posts when they start.
 
Good job on quitting alcohol I haven't touched it in 20 some years

winstrol is a dryer steroid. i don't recommend it unless you are extremely lean already. same with masteron
instead it makes a lot more sense to use anavar

Yes def not lean so that makes sense.

On the research, I saw it was a dry steroid s thought that might have been best for keep water off.

I am also looking at maybe Primobolan and Sustanon 250.
primobolan seems to be a cutting steroid which id love to help lose weight but also keeps water weight off.

I should also add that I was given an AI (Anastrozole 0.25mg) when I first got TRT but never used it.
@FlexyMcFlexFace quitting alcohol is very smart we love having guys who change their life in the evolutionary.org family.

Now before we push forward with telling you to use this or that steroids we need to know more about you, we need to see your log especially diet training and your face blurred picture.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

what does '75 hard' mean?
Ohh thought it might have been well know.

75 days of
2 x 45min workouts
1 gallon of water
Whatever diet you pick with no cheats
No alcohol
reading 10 pages of a self-help book
Taking a photo

These are all daily tasks. If you fail (which I have in the past you go back to day 1)

if you have a bad day where you're tempted to go back to alcohol we are always going to be here for you
 
a lot of people in Portugal and Spain drink and smoke. Big party lifestyle. For me I always run away from that and focus on my own self
 
great job on quitting bad habits
the next step for you is getting a log Journal going. You can post your diet training whatever else you want on a daily basis and we can track everything that's going on to help you
 
i would stick with anavar
i would forget about winstrol for now, maybe in the future
get on var and get a log up!
