A Beginner’s Guide to Semaglutide: What You Need to Know About Usage, Benefits, and Side Effects

I had the worst side effects on Sema.
Reta has been a game changer - very minimal sides for me personally
I found semaglutide side effects are directly related to diet of the individual.
Having a very tight diet and very clean digestion is important, think probiotics digestive enzymes psyllium husk. @Wheelhouse87

I used Semaglutide last year. I had the dosing 500 mcg weekly. It did not do much for me. I did dose up later. No side effects, but also
no appetite control. Still would get raging craving. Maybe better insulin resistance, but hard for me to tell.

I talk to many gym folks. Feels like it works for some and not for others. Tirzepitide seems to work better for most folks I talk to, especially the appetite control. My plan was to use Tirzepitide this year, but the GLP discussion has moved on the Reta. It seems to be very effective on body builder, so I am trying that angle. I am also reading some are stacking tirz with reta. Not sure I would do that.

I'm surprised to hear so many people having adverse reactions to Sema, is it possible dosage was just too high? I only got negative symptoms when I upped my dose too quickly and got some temporary nausea.

I am on Reta now as well and it is pretty damn good I have to say.

I never had any issue with Sema. Following your protocol @ZenithHealth

I've had issues with Sema, but once I broke the injection protocol down to 2 times per week it got better.

Worst I get is some nausea, very mild and maybe once or twice a week.
Semaglutide is best with ED microdoses IMO.

That's your opinion. In my wifes and my experience once a week works best. We've be n on and off it for 12 months now over the last 18 months. It works perfectly once per week and no sides. Don't understand why people can't use it properly. Bodybuilders always think they know more than anyone else. I actually think it's funny.

We aren't saying its not possible to do well on weekly injections, its just your body goes through large swings, the half life of sema isnt extremely long. You will absolutely feel more powerful effects at the start and less powerful towards the end, microdosing removes that and keeps your body at full saturation consistently.

@RoidRage69 Yes you are not wrong. With a sample size of 2 people, it can work once a week.
Yet, from actual wide range user experience and clients, we know micro dosing works the best for least sides for the majority of users. I'm not saying 100%, but majority do much better with micro-dose.
