Thank you brother, for op sec reasons I can't publicly reveal who I am but have always had alot of respect for you, your kind words are much appreciated brother 🤝 love your log, been sick with a lung infection past month so havnt been able to train but can't wait to get back into my log and supporting everyone else when I'm well enough, it's been a rough run lately and miss really getting amongst the logs, EVO really is such a great community!

Arrangements have been made and we are taking on new staff to cope with demand and optimise our processes to be more efficient then ever

I completely get it brother nor would I ever ask for you to reveal anything about yourself, I understand completely how this goes and the extreme safety percussions you need in place to contiune providing the excellence that you do for this community.

Quality products, great communication and customer service with so many people coming out to reinforce this very sentiment is a huge vote of confidence in @SILVERBACK LABS business ✅

Too many people expect you to be available 24hrs a day 7 days a week, and just because you have been to so long, doesn’t mean you need to burn yourself out to sustain it.

The more I’ve purchased from quality vendors, the more patience I have because I know they will come thru.

Just an idea, I’ve seen it with other vendors, perhaps outlining a clear policy around when to expect tracking (how many days after the payment?) and how many days after to request a follow up. It would give customers clearer instructions and also a little extra leeway for yourself to manage the volumes?
 
Your dedication and devotion to our community is invaluable,can confirm Silverbacklabs has been one of us brothers for a long long time before the labs inception,once a legend,always a legend.
 
I ordered off these guys over a week ago. $1400 worth and been promised my orders would be sent Friday, then Monday. And now only getting one reply since Saturday night. He said he would refund but hasn’t replied in over 24houes ago.
Poor effort as I’ve bought before and he’s been really nice and easy to work with. These orders have been an absolute nightmare.
Im being ignored ignored and want my money back brother before it’s gets out of hand
