ace-031

This is suppose to be an inhibitor of Myostatin and even some of the proteins related to limiting muscle growth. This compound ace-031 would actually turn off the safety your genetic put on muscle growth. Shire and Acceleron were suppose to have been leading the research in this compound, for use in treatment of DMD ( Duchenne muscular dystrophy) a genetic disease that weakens and wastes away the muscle mass of those afflicted.

Have any of you seen any of this ace-031 in the research realm or anywhere one could pick it up for some muscle research. guys?

There's quite a few Peptide companies that sell it.

Now as to whether it's Worth the Money, "I Honestly don't know"......................................... JP

From what I'm reading there is conflicting information about ACVR2B (ACE-031) some people say it is Not a Myostatin Blocker while others claim it is adding some muscle growth of up to 22% and other medical jargon to prove it build muscle, but maybe in an unknown pathway. Still it does seem guys are already taking it doing it and stacking it with their peptides. It might be worth trying this “myostatin inhibitor” called ACE-031, stacked with peptides and SARMs for a tiny bridge cycle in the near future.

I have not seen a single positive review from anyone who has tried it. I researched myosatin inhibitors when they first came out and the cost to run them at a bodybuilding dosage would be in the neighbourhood of $5,000 per day. Whatever these research peptide sites are selling for $100-200 is not a myosatin inhibitor. Your guess is as good as mine as to what they are really selling.

Stick with what is tried and true and has lots of positive user feedback backing it. Either use SARMS from sarms1.com or use steroids from a reputable source.

If you are looking for a bridge cycle, I recommend the SARMS triple stack: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day

You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com

@muskate has a very good point there - don't expect something to be real, if it is worth 5000k and sold at only 100-200 bucks.

there is a reason the body does not allow you unlimited growth.

to shut that spicket off would be very very risky on your body. having said that I am skeptical of any peptide, I don't trust any of those companies out there

I was actually Researching this Topic back in 2007.

When "Wyeth Laboratories" was investigating Myo-029 as a Myostatin Inhibitor for use with Muscular Dystrophy Patients.

They did "Phase I & II Trials, but Never pursued it any further, and never did explain why.

So I've never gave any Credence to any of these Companies selling a "Myostatin Inhibitor".

If there was something to it, Wyeth would have Manufactured it................................................ JP
P.S.
Here's the Abstract from Pubmed, there's a few other Reports, but even the 1 from Wyeth doesn't go into why they stopped the Trials.

very interesting stuff if it can actually do that, but it has to have some sides I assume
