I'd start by saying acne isnt a issue everyone runs into. Unfortunately for myself I am not genetically gifted like some. What are some tricks or solutions you guys have found? I have run some Vitamin B5 and that's helped a little, but at the end of the day it's still obvious and looks pretty shabby. Obviously keeping a good hygiene is a must, but it still happens. Let me know what you guys have experienced and what helped you. Thanks!:)

I don't EVER break out but my back of my neck and center of back broke out hella bad from sweating. So I asked a buddy. He said tanning. It dries out the skin. And damn if it did work. Acne was fine in four tans. But I'm still going cause now I like the tan feeling lol

While I have not had any major issues with acne, I did notice more breakouts on my chest a when I increased my Test C. Someone recommended trying the supplement MSM “methylsulfonylmethane” and it did seem to help; I believe it is a sulfur based supplement.

As said tanning.
I'll give you what works rather well for me. I use a combination of vitamin b6 and zinc every morning when I take my supps. I also add a potassium pill to this as was recommended to me by a dermatologist friend. Works for me but my acne isn't outrageous, but it's not non exist ant either. Enough to make me self conscious about it. After those remedies I look much better. Oh and shower twice a day and scrub good with a good bar soap, not one of those moisturizing ones.

tanning.
up water intake
bathe more

vit B5. 2g 3-4 hrs apart.

its water based so you will need to keep upping the dose, but its spot on. Once you get to 9/10g ED, take a 10 day break and than start back up.

it just depends on the severity bro... there's a lot of different options but that raises the issue of safety, which can be a big issue with this one... tanning is something that absolutely helps... some people are far more sensitive to it than others, as you already know so it can get tricky and how aggressive you need to be... ideally, you would not want to be using something too strong... this is more of something to go to the dermatologist for if its a big issue... maybe some retinol cream from a doctor, etc...

I breakout here and there but I always just rub some alcohol on it daily until it goes way. Then every now and then to keep it dry.

Tan every couple days, shower twice a day (on workout days, or 1 normal day), Wash your face with a Salicylic acid face wash twice a day, and use tea tree oil in a moisturizer at night for your face. Tanning will help your back a lot.

Some minor things like others said will work fine but some people may need more than that. Depends on the severity.
