Adrenal Fatigue Do and Don't Checklist

Do These Things
• Be in bed before 10:00 PM.
• Sleep in until 9:00 AM whenever possible.
• Look for things that make you laugh.
• Eliminate the energy robbers (things in your life that drain your energy).
• Do something pleasurable every day.
• Move your body and breathe deeply daily.
• Keep a journal – jot down your experiences each day.
• Learn which foods make you feel bad (keep a list) and avoid them.
• Combine starchy carbohydrates, protein and fats at every meal.
• Add sea salt to every meal
• Eat an abundance of whole foods – those foods which are eaten like nature
grows them.
• Eat lots of colored vegetables.
• Chew your food well.
• Laugh several times per day.
• Take 1,000 mg. of Vitamin C complex with 200 mg. magnesium and
pantothenic 2-3 times each day.

Avoid These Things
• Getting overtired
• Caffeine, sugar, alcohol, and white flour products
• Coffee, even decaf
• Staying up past 11:00 PM
• Energy suckers (people, places and things that make you feel worse or discourage your recovery)
• Being harsh or negative with yourself
• Feeling sorry for yourself
• Foods you suspect an allergy or sensitive to
• Never skip breakfast.
• Never eat starchy carbohydrates (breads, pastas) by themselves.

most people fail miserably at this list and lead very unhappy lives

i find MOST everyone energy suckers, so i avoid people as much as possible.

No. Too much of a reliance on yet more drugs
 
One thing I would add to the Do’s would be to try and get some time outside in the sun each day. This has a lot of positive psychological and physiological effects.
 
as men we get older and fall into 2 categories..

those of us who get married and ditch our friends and just hang out with our wives and family all the time

and those of us who stay single and get older and don't want to do shit

that is the stone cold reality, there is an old saying "middle aged men don't have anything in common" lol.. and it is true. maybe the only exception is sports and beer, seems like that is the convo i hear from the older dudes i hang out with.
 
Sleep is a main things and today sleep is a presious then money and I notices young generation can not sleep due to heavy use of cell phone and computer specially In India and this not a good singh after all ,16 to 20 year teenage are suffer obisitey due to high cortisole and bad food habit also death now Indian people live in a pixel world

It’s kinda of hard to do some of those things when your work in a prison.

many of us work jobs that put a tremendous strain on our health, relationships, etc. what can you do right?

gotta pay your bills.
