Adrenal Fatigue from pre-workouts

This is actually very common with guys that use stimulant based pre workouts for long periods of time. Make sure you stop using stims and look at something like DSpark or using a b100 vitamin with a cup of green tea and a decent meal.
 
YES. 100%. I would say 95%+ of bodybuilders who come to me for nutrition/training help are experiencing adrenal fatigue in some sort from
1. overuse of stimulants
2. our stressful lifestyles
3. not getting enough sleep

No matter which form of fatigue you have its your body telling you to rest. The sooner we listen and take a few days off the sooner we can recover and get back at it. Also come off the preworkout for a bit. I try not to use a preworkout more than a few times a week. Its not something we want to be dependent on. Black coffee works good and is a heck of a lot better for us. Good luck man!

Wow I fall into all 3 categories. In truth I'm probably addicted to caffeine.
As soon as d spark is back on the shelf, I'm jumping on that.
 
This is absolutely normal, and many guys who use a lot of stims will experience adrenal fatigue. For instance, without going too far, yesterday or the day before yesterday I have seen a thread of one guy who got adrenal fatigue, and stopped being sensitive to stims. This is why it is much better to use non-stim based preworkouts, such as DSpark. Personally, it is my favorite pre-workout supplement, since it gives me very good energy levels and pumps without all the trouble associated with stims.

as does most of people in today's society. that's why most people flat out fail at this game and quit. I know guys who have been saying for the past 15 years they wanted to get into shape lol. they never do.

You don't need a preworkout at all.

Eating a good quality meal about 30/45 minutes prior to training is your best bet. Think about it...energy from real sources. Those damn preworkouts only give you a high and a major low.

Grab dspark when its back for that extra push on days you really just feel like staying home.
