Advice: Early 40s PEDs

Long time viewer, first time joining and posting. Great community. Supportive, productive and best of all, non-toxic.

Since I have been out of the game, the new world of sarms and peptides has arrived, I was hoping for some guidance from this great community.

FYI
40 years old, training since I was 16.
6'5. Currently 140kgs.
Ideal weight is around 120-115kgs. Around that weight I almost have abs, but I'm not interested in that, just want to get the weight down.

In the past, I have competed in BB comps.
Done many cycles in the past. Been bigger, been ripped, now retired :) however, I never stopped training.
I discontinued PEDs for many years now.

Just started a cycle of Sus 250 1ml twice a week. Put on like 10kilos over 5 weeks. Now @ 140. too heavy.
Diet isnt good, I am looking to start something and improve it at the same time.
Through the week, eating is actually ok, on the weekend I eat garbage to mentally relax.
Weights in the morning with pre-workout, post workout protein shake. Breakfast egg white omlate with 1 whole egg, spinach.
Lunch tuna with rice.
Dinner usually a protein (Salmon, steak, chicken) with veggies.

Weekend, pizza, doughnuts LOL (I know)

I train 5 times a week, 1 hour weights in the morning with pre-workout.
I will add in 1 hour of treadmill OR 20 mins HIIT training 3 times a week now im back into a routine.

I have been reading and trying to learn as much as I can about sarms and peptides and a few that interest me are the following.

The Rogan stack
Thymosin
BPC 157
Impomorlin

However, some members in the gym I attend have lost some serious body fat and look great, they have told me they are using the following:
- SLU-PP-32
- 5-Amino-1MQ
- Retatrutide
So, I am highly interested in these, which led me to post in this community.

I put on muscle very easily, I also put on body fat very easily.
I am more concerned about weight loss, appetite suppressing, improving sleep, long term maintenance of weight loss. General well-being.

I have used HGH in the past however a bit too expensive and I needed to use it for months to see results. Not against it but out prefer not too.

Any help, or suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

i haven't been to other forums in a while but from what i've been told its toxic as hell, almost as bad as social media lol.

glad you found your home for sure.

one thing i am confused about is what you look like. you competed before so you obviously have good muscle and body memory that is good. but post up some pics and get a log going so we can get a sense of what you look like NOW. you can keep the sustanon going but we gotta dial in your diet so post that up.

going to be straight off the bat with you here
we dont know much about you besides your basic history, but to tell you to use X drug or Y drug would just not be honest and not smart for you as well
so can you share please? HOW? throw up a log its like 15-20 min of your time and you can use this post as a base already
if you want actual help from us, we need to see your FULL log journal in a NEW thread, share your diet training history nutrition sleep supp use and more and we will guide you on the cycle and help you as the big EVO family

HOW TO start a LOG

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

This is concerning. That's 22lbs in 5 weeks. IMO this is poor diet. It's water and fat.
I think before you start adding drugs you need to get your diet in check. No weekend binging. If you can eat good as you claim during the week then there should be no issue carrying that through the weekend as well. No matter what you take or what you do you cannot overcome a bad diet. This needs to be where it starts.

You sound like a pretty cool, dude. But tell us more about yourself. Get your log going.
 
First thing you have to do obviously is clean up your diet more,
Eating garbage to clean yourself up Mentally makes no sense and only stresses you out more.
 
You need to get away from your food addiction.

Seems like you have a carb and sugar addiction that you have to hit on the weekends. That's like a heroin addict having to take heroin once a week.
 
You definitely have a lot of work to do on this. But I think you have the potential to really kick ass
 
Best thing you can do is start a log Journal. Post up your pictures. Let us get a sense of what you look like now.
 
Seems to me that your weight is all over the place.
Also, if you used to compete, I'm assuming you already know what to do when it comes to stero use and diets. So why don't you just put that back into place?
