Advice for Anavar!

Gympunk15

Newbie Brother
This is my first cycle.

Looking to do an 6-8 week Anavar cycle.
I’ve done all the research but still struggle to know if pct is required as it doesn’t fully suppress testosterone. Would also appreciate if somebody can recommend a trusted source. If you have anything else to add I’d appreciate any type of advice.

Cheers gympunk

What makes you think Anavar doesn't fully suppress?? It 100% suppresses enough to require a PCT. I suspect the science quoted on it being 'one of the least suppressive' is based on way less than what is used for PED purposes (circa 50mg a day)

Some food for thought first mate. How long do you plan on doing this lifestyle? No one starts and has an end date in mind. We assume we're going to keep going but have no real plan too do that. We just hope we make it long term. We often talk about the 10 week or 15 week or 20 week plan etc but what about the 20 year plan? Are you doing 1 course of AAS and that's it? Or maybe 2-5? If just 1 anavar run for 12 weeks then you'll be fine with a basic PCT. But no really does just 1 run. So sure start with an oral. Feel the side effects both good and bad. Next step is testosterone at about 1.5-2 times clinical dose and figure out how much you can tolerate without an AI. Once you're in this game you're in for life. Not what people want to hear but what you need to hear. You go down this road, be prepared to pin twice a week for TRT until your last breath, navigate fertility, navigate brain toxicity, cardiac health, renal health, arterial health. Your 20 year plan will mean blood pressure monitoring weekly, fasted blood glucose monitoring, calcium score yearly for arterial monitoring, Echocardiography, also known as cardiac ultrasound to monitor changes in heart function and size, taking an ARB like telmisartan to control heart remodelling, hematocrit, lipid skewing and doing blood work at least 4 times a year. How many guys do this? Probably less than 2% but it should be the gold standard of PED use long term and can start with this generation of users like yourself. THIS IS NOT A MATTER OF OPINION! This is coming from Professor Scott Howell who did his thesis on androgen toxicity and he's a user, a lifter and makes recommendations to top IFBB pros. Take this on board and carefully please 🙏
