Advice for Female cycle

Hi guys !

I have been exercising for many years now, but only lately started SARMS.
I have been on S4, GW for over 2 months, (only on training days thats 5 times/week) , and have started Oxandrovar 2 days ago, 1 pill on every taining day only.
Is it "wise" or good to use these only on training days?

My goal is to keep my muscle tone, get stronger and get more definition (dont we all...) I'm watching my diet (I allow 2-3(max) "cheat meals/week") not competing,
I train 5-6 times/week, mainly 30 mins cardio +1hour /1,5 hour weight training. 1x week I go for a 10km run.
My height is 169 cm and my weight is 68 kg.

I would like some advice from people that know about female steroids that could help me achieve my goal
Another thing that is ver annoying is that I do a lot of water retention.
I have used Lasix in the past once per week or so, but now have bought MHP's Xpell which is more natural and can be taken everyday.

can you clarify ...are you using oxandrolone or oxandrovar? different products...one is a prohormone and one is a steroid... my girl is on the sarms triple stack and cycles on and off anavar...but def wouldn't recommend prohormones....
 
Im using Oxandrovar the pro hormone.... :/ I read its safer (plus its legal and easy to get in Greece) than Anavar which is a genuine steroid. Whats wrong with Prohormones?

some prohormones effect women badly...aka more negative side effects, including masculinization...you sure you got real oxandrovar? it hasn't been sold in 6mo+

Yes its absolutely real, bought it over a year ago , used it back then for maybe 3-4 days and stopped. I figured Id start again. I would HATE to have masculinizing effects, so as soon as I see something towards this way Im stopping it.

oxandrovar has trenavar...which can produce trenbolone-like side effects....so wouldn't recommend it to women...how about you just stick to the sarms triple stack for now...maybe max add anavar light 2.5mgs dose...
 
Now my wife is advanced 10 years under her belt but use this as a guide line with diet and workouts
Thanks ! :) I'm not a beginner either on the training and diet , I have 10 years too. I am a begginner on pre-steroids/steroids supplementation though :P
 
Hello, welcome to the board girly! You look good. ...I want to give you my opinions, please don't take offense. First, I don't think you need to lean out much more. You are lean and unless you are going for the super dry look I would stay right where you are. I would definitely xxxxx on the prohormones. I'm not even going to get into diet because it's obvious your diet is pretty good.

Mrs. Mountain man is awesome. ...but she's advanced and is on an advanced cycle which I def would not recommend for you.

If your looking to put on some size but stay lean I would say your best bet would be
20mgs cardarine ed 30 mins before training and in the morning on off days
12.5mgs ostarine ed in the morning
10 mgs of anavar ed split dose 5mg in the am 5mg in the pm
Ancient strength creatine
N2guard

This cycle will be awesome for you. ...keep your diet in check.

What does your diet look like, you might want to slightly adjust your protein and carbs to achieve a fuller look. But I think this cycle would be great for u.

The fact that the pro-hormones are legal, does not mean that they are safer or more effective. Either use the real Anavar at a low dosage, or just stick to the SARMs triple stack - it can give you more than enough results alone.
 
I will buy Anavar if I notice that GK Oxandravar has negative effects on me. my dosage is 1 pill/ day so I dont think its a lot. I will not increase the dosage...
As I have said before my goal is shredding fat or water whaterver u want to call it, I look lean on the front with defined abs and arms but the back, lower back, waist, buttocks and thighs (womens perpetual problem) is far from defined.
I d like to achieve that, without putting more muscle mass on or losing what I have gained so far. I was thinking of some oestrogen blocker that might help....

What do u guys / girls think?
