I have been exercising for many years now, but only lately started SARMS.
I have been on S4, GW for over 2 months, (only on training days thats 5 times/week) , and have started Oxandrovar 2 days ago, 1 pill on every taining day only.
Is it "wise" or good to use these only on training days?
My goal is to keep my muscle tone, get stronger and get more definition (dont we all...) I'm watching my diet (I allow 2-3(max) "cheat meals/week") not competing,
I train 5-6 times/week, mainly 30 mins cardio +1hour /1,5 hour weight training. 1x week I go for a 10km run.
My height is 169 cm and my weight is 68 kg.
I would like some advice from people that know about female steroids that could help me achieve my goal
Another thing that is ver annoying is that I do a lot of water retention.
I have used Lasix in the past once per week or so, but now have bought MHP's Xpell which is more natural and can be taken everyday.
