Advice on Blood Test Results and Next Steps

I have attached my most recent blood work. My general numbers are a bit older but have been consistent year to year. The test and sex hormone levels are very recent. I have never used test and the only cycle I have ever done is a 6 week anavar only cycle that I had great results from.

My question is what the people that are much smarter than me would suggest for a next step. I would love to have my test levels be closer to ideal than to low normal. Is this pursuit worth starting a TRT regiment or should I just accept them as is? If it makes a difference I am a 40 year old male who lives and eats clean (90% of the time) and am not currently experiencing high stress. I don't drink and practice intermittent fasting. I have been stuck at 10-15% body fat for years, and carry it in my midsection (stomach and love handles).

The high estradiol number is confusing, but makes sense based on symptoms that I have/have always had.

First of, you did an anavar cycle and then what happened? pct? and what was the pct like?

your blood tests are odd IMO, high estrogen? and low range testosterone, seems overactive aromatase enzymes but I think its your food intake and your training. Phytoestrogens in foods and overtraining with high cortisol can cause a ton of problems.

Honestly, to give you real feedback and answers we need to know way more about you then you showed us. Can you please share with us more? please start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary where you discuss your diet training sleep cardio supps and lifestyle so we can guide you into self-TRT and fix your hormonal issues.
To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

to be honest your numbers are excellent for a 40 year old living in America.

especially someone who has used gear

the only thing that is off is your estrogen. that might have been a one off number or could be a trend. you might want to test again and see. but estrogen can be easily controlled with supplements and an AI

you might want to consider cycling steroids 10 weeks on and 20 weeks off. that will keep your hpta healthy well into your 50's then go from there

once you go on trt there's no turning back

I can’t tell if this is serious or sarcastic. Part of me is like fuck it. Let’s do trt. It’s annoying but at least I would have control over my levels.
 
it depends how you feel.. if you have low test symptoms or a low quality of life, then you should go speak with someone... im sponsored by a trt clinic that can certainly help but your numbers are not horrible either.. obviously estradiol needs to come down but that comes down to your health and overall quality of life... not just the number... also, the free test is the number that needs to have a lot of the focus.. if you talk to anyone that truly understands low T etc. then free test is the more important number as it has a large contribution to everything...
 
The truth is I feel like shit. Have for a while. I feel like a stuffed sausage. Self esteem has been low, libido is shot (not a reason for TRT in my opinion), and motivation for workouts is at an all time low. From what I’ve read all of this could be totally due to the e2 number and have nothing to do with test. I am willing to do trt but only if it is worthwhile. I’m not looking for excuses to start it.

I would get on test and aromasin bro

This exactly. Dont chase numbers. If you feel good then focus on diet and training. You can always add a cycle but I wouldnt say look at TRT unless you have little to no energy, zero sexual desire, always tired, etc.

I just did an update on my log that was well past due. im 42 years old. Lower total test and free test than you. Im not on TRT and I feel pretty damn good.

As Steve and others have mentioned it doesnt look like you have really done a cycle only anavar.

What I would suggest is retesting like Steve said and see if thats your real estrogen level or maybe just a blip. Reason why is id suggest a test cycle at 350mg/week for 10-12 weeks but test is going to exacerbate your estrogen problem. It doesnt mean you cant run test just need to be taking an AI from day 1 so you dont end up with issues and always test week 5-6 mid cycle to make sure your AI is dialed in and estrogen in check. You could also add a sarm or 2 or maybe 50mg/day var for the last 6 weeks.

Im also a huge fan of running proviron (or masteron) the entire cycle as it gets free test really high which in the end is what matters most.
