Advice on HCG bridging + Blasting/Crusing

Hi to all here on the evolutionary forum.

This is my first time posing on here and I’m seeking advice from individuals who have more expertise and knowledge than myself on this particular subject.

35 years old

I’ve got a few cycles under my belt from in my mid to late 20’s. Did my first blast in 6 years (hadn’t touched any gear in that time period) in 2023 of 500mg test e and 400mg masteron for 14 weeks. Did not do PCT to come off and decided to cruise for the first time on 150mg for 4+ months. Started another blast 10 weeks ago 300mg test cyp, 200mg tren hex, 400mg EQ. I’ve stopped tren and will run the test at 400 EQ 400 for another 4-5 weeks.



I’ve had my bloodwork done 2 weeks ago and as expected my natural test production has been shut down quite significantly. Due to the half life of EQ it’s to my understanding it could take 50-70 days to full metabolise and exit my system. In which case after my last injection at the 14 week marker I will resume test e back to a cruise dose at 150mg week. Now things brings me to my main question…



I would ideally like to do a full clean out of the body from exogenous testosterone and AAS. Give my receptors and body an opportunity to refresh and have a break while also somewhat restoring some natural function of the testes through revived endogenous production. Now obviously my main concern is the loss of gains during this period. So I need solid advice on if bridging on HCG for a period is even viable and the correct protocols/dosages surrounding it. After the full detox so to speak I plan to return to a trt cruise of 150mg week. I would appreciate any help offered on this subject, thank you

If you plan on going back on then HCG will not be used. It's only needed as part of a regimen to help regain fertility once PCT is complete. At this point it would be healthier for you to just stay on low dose test. If you want to come off completely you will want to follow a PCT protocol which can be found in the stickies.
 
I'm confused by wanting to come off, as in your more unique approach, only to go on TRT anyway. Being on suppresses and TRT will also suppress.

You're not detoxing when you come off test. It is (or was) produced by your body naturally. It's not toxic.

Thanks for that well that’s a pretty clear path forward and an easy approach for me to follow. My natural test was already low after a 6 year lay off from AAS anyway. So a nice cruise dose would do me well, 150mg seems to be a nice range to maintain gains while letting the body recover from a blast

That’s fair enough. I’m only asking for advice as I came across information regarding this in giving your body and receptors a somewhat “detox” from exogenous test. But to be honest if going back on trt cruise dose of 150mg is a healthy way forward it works for me. I kept tren dose fairly low as I didn’t want to risk to much health risks. Will continue on cruise then redo bloodwork again thanks
 
There is no need for HCG use at all... you would just go back to TRT and continue forward.. HCG has very very limited reasons to ever be used and from what you have provided as information, it does not fit into anything you want/need bro
 
Still not a fan of cruising. It WILL effect long term fertility. Age wise you're right in the range for the last chance to have another baby. Peak of career etc
I respect that and you are right but having more kids is off the table as of years ago. So that being said I believe that cruising would be an acceptable approach moving forward

Thanks for that info. I think it’s quite clear now that the pathway forward is definitely TRT cruise. I just wanted to make 100% sure of this. Given my age bracket and the fact my natural test production was already very low pre cycle after a 6 year lay off. It would make sense that for even for lifestyle benefits that low dose test would be very beneficial. I understand that a cruise dose will vary from each individual, but do we have the numbers for good range in maintaining gains from a cycle while still giving body a break. I was thinking anywhere between 150-200mg I know some go higher than this dose

I respect that and you are right but having more kids is off the table as of years ago. So that being said I believe that cruising would be an acceptable approach moving forward

I think stopping TRT is a horrible idea and "clearing" out your receptors is just a myth, there is no scientific facts for this. Dropping EQ is one thing but dropping TRT is another.
The issue I have here is you're asking a VERY technical question for your life, this could change your life, but you are giving us very little details about yourself, we haven't even seen your blood work.
What we need from you is for you to SHARE with us asap! please start a NEW thread with your LOG Journal diary, post up your diet training TRT schedule, blood work pics and sleep/supps so we can guide you and properly work with you on what you want to get out of this.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I take this very seriously and I appreciate any guidance given so I can have health, longevity and of course maximum gains from my use of AAS cycling

at the end of the day everyone who uses steroids is on a trajectory to be on trt
 
Bros I don't know about this strategy
it could work and it could be pointless really hard to guess without a log Journal
 
hcg between cycles will not do much for you except boost test and estrogen a bit
it won't do anything else to benefit you. run a log and test bloods to see
 
you might be better off just cruising on a low dose of testosterone
I sort of see though what you're trying to accomplish but hcg is still a hormone
