Advice on planning for May

Hello all,

Fairly straight forward question here. I am likely doing a photo shoot in May (loosely considering competing again, but leaning towards the shoot andfir a "classic" look at about 6% BF, so not quite stage condition). Last cycle ended in March (Test 200, NPP 200, EQ 300), was 16 weeks... would not do a 16 week long one again. 10 to 12 is a sweet spot for me.

Considering this, I have the following question: 2 smaller cycles- one in October for 4 weeks followed by a break to mid March, then the official cycle to photo shoot, roughly 10-12 weeks. This could also be SARMS + "sports TRT" for 6 weeks. Idea is to throw some mass on, maintain, and then start the official prep.

Or

Just a 12 week one from Feb and call it a day.

Pending the suggestion: what would you do for a cycle given the stock below?

My cycles are typically not heavy duty, I try to stay under a gram per week always, and less is always better. No Tren ever, I typically stick to NPP for bulking and DHTs for everything else. EQ I hated, actually. Didn't jive with me.

I have plenty of Anavar on hand, test (Pharm), Mast, and Plenty of Primo. Cardarin, Mk-677, and Osta on hand as well. Not suggesting using all at the same time, just this is the current stock.

Stats: 68 inches, 206ibs, 12-13% BF.

it's a concern for me to be reocommending something for you in terms of cycles without knowing more about you right now. I want to see your Diet training cardio sleep LOG journal first before telling you to cycle.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I think you have a lot of gear but not a lot of sharing with the community for us to be honest with you we need more info about you in a LOG
 
no matter what you plan, without a LOG journal anyone telling you to pin this or that is just lying to you
 
I read many of your other threads and commented too @AtomAntNH and I will say it again, LOG journal your diet training and we plan from there
 
plan for 4 weeks at a time when you log and adjust

I am 38 turning 39 in October, Mobster. Nearing the end of this bodybuilding journey, my friend. Time takes us all, and there are a lot more things I want to do before it takes me.

@AtomAntNH I think getting diet and training in order is more important before even using steroids. Start a log journal put up diet training cardio supps and we'll guide you into a cycle. If you don't have a log going, you shouldn't be using steroids to begin with.
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
