Advice on TRT dosage

Hi all, not sure if this is the right place to post this. Apologies if not. Please see attached recent blood work.

By way of background, I am a 42 year old male. 175cm around 82kg. Body fat would be around low to mid 20’s. I’ve been training with weights for 25 years, and have a good solid build. However, I’ve never been ripped. Lowest BF would be high teens, and that was some time ago.

I’m considering starting testosterone. I’ve purchased Bio Pharmaceutical Test E 250mg (10ml) from an online source. I am waiting for the order to arrive.

The reason for starting is I’m feeling fatigued, depressed and finding it harder and harder to keep fat off my stomach. Despite working out 7 days a week and eating very clean. I’m hoping trt will lift my mood and improve my physique.

I have read conflicting advice about dosage. The general consensus seems to be start at around 100 mg per week and see how my body responds.

Keen to hear your thoughts! Ive never done a cycle before so your guidance and wisdom is greatly appreciated.

You don't have low testosterone... you are OVER training... working out 7 days a week is DETRIMENTAL... of course you are having problems.. i suggest you do some research into overtraining and seeing what that can do to you... TRT will not help you if you dont have a low testosterone condition to start with... which you don't
 
you do need to lower your shbg which will free up bound testosterone and boost your free testosterone number... so trt is NOT what you need... you just need to address the shbg.. proviron at 50 mg per day for 8-12 weeks would be the answer there

Your training too much.
List your training and what you eat daily. Also wanna see your macros.

Below is an example of my diet:

I don’t eat bread, rice or pasta. I also don’t consume any alcohol. I avoid carbs because they make me fat. Quickly.

Breakfast:

Protein shake, unsweetened almond milk. Blue berrys and banana.

Mid morning:

Can of tuna or boiled egg.

Lunch:

Usually a tuna salad

Afternoon snack:

Protein shake.

Dinner:

Meat with vegetables.

After dinner snack:

Sugar free chocolate. Dark chocolate. Sometimes another protein shake.

Also have a handful of almonds throughout the day.

Example of Training below.

Monday:

Chest and shoulder.

Tuesday:

Legs

Wednesday:

Back

Thursday:

Bicep and tricep.

Friday:

Chest and shoulders

Saturday:

Legs

Sunday

Back

Max bench is 150kg one rep. I do sets of 8 on 115kg. I do incline, flys (cable and dumbell).

For back I do lots of wide grip chins ups. About 120 in a sessions. Also lat pulldown and rows.

I read your tests and they arent clear as to the cause. And I see your 'general' training above but again not clear.
The problem with a deep question like this is we don't have enough information about. We need you to share with us more.
How? well start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary, put up your diet training cardio sleep in detail with supplement use and more and we can help you with bloods, new cycle and more.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

7 days a week of weight training? no good unless you train at 30% lol

7 days a week of exercise? perfectly fine as long as you aren't over doing it and getting 8 hours of quality sleep

pro athletes don't pound their bodies into the dirt year round. There is a balance you have to figure out

also dylan is right. how does shutting off your own natural test for synthetic test gonna help you? it won't. your test levels are fine. from here you can cycle steroids off and on but don't shut yourself down for life when you produce solid test
