I have previously had a log that I slowly lost track of due to commitments and thought I would start a new one.
This log will be following my road to 125kg.
Goal is to stay lean whilst climbing the weight up slowly.
Weight:122kg
Height: 183cm
Training for 15 years
Cycling for 8 years
Bodybuilding competitively since 2015
Studying to be a Dietitian with experience within pharmacology and organic chemistry, not the smartest of them all, but definitely can help people with choices and help understand what goes on in our bodies at the microscopic level
I currently have restarted my coaching gig as I love to help people and find out how their body’s work.
Current cycle
I have came from 112kg on TRT To now 122kg with the following set up.
Diet:
Protien @ 320g
Carbs @ 750-800g
Fat @ 60g
Training 5 times a week
Chest triceps
Shoulders
Back biceps
Legs
Off - Cardio 45 mins LISS
Arms
Off - Cardio 45 mins LISS
PEDs - WILDCAT LABS
Will be using Wildcat Labs from here on in, they represent a lot of where the industry should be moving too and has the right tools to become aussies best brands. All HPLC tested and generously dosed.. thanks again for the supply brother! @WildcatLabs looking forward to the results
Test E @ 500mg
Mast E @ 400mg > 600mg from next week
NPP @ 200mg
Primo @ 400mg
Escalations will be made during the next 12 weeks with oils, next week mainly being masteron as my anabolic driver in the mix
Will escalate total load to 2g total. Have made significant progress by introducing things and slowly moving around doses
HGH @5IU per day
2IU Morning
3IU pre bed
This will increase to 8IU with a added dose to come in preworkout Intramuscular and extra IU before bed
Insulin
Out of Lantus, but once I can get my hands on it I’ll put in 20IU again and work up to 30IU
Novorapid - note that these doses are without lantus, when lantus is added, these doses decrease
10IU With morning Meal
10IU preworkout
10IU Post workout providing it isn’t too late in the day
These doses are deployed in conjunction with my food, I eat over 150g carbs per meal.
Fasting blood sugar sits at 85. Give or take 2-3 more or less.
Metformin 1000mg XR with last meal
Berberine 500mg with morning meal
Telmisartan 80mg pre bed as my blood pressure will increase over 150 if not used With this plan.
Flaxseed oil 10ML with last meal away from 4-5 hours away from insulin
Omega 3 fish oil 10ML taken with morning meal. This will help soften the bilipid layer and allow more macro and micro nutrients to be transduced through inside the cell to let all the magic take place.

I get scraping and remedial massage regularly as it was recommended for my current state to help my muscles expand and my tendons and ligaments to stay still and flick over my muscle tissue. A loose fascia is a growing one.
These foods work for me and my gut biome, my genetics favours these foods and allow me to get the micro and macro nutrients I need to keep a healthy body and allow me to recover efficiently and not feel sluggish.
