It's the full sugar powerade, I actually prefer it!! You should really try it, my mix is like healthy fried chicken without the fat or calories, biggest Hackawesome work, good you kept up activity on rest day too. I miss the zero-sugar powerade liquid... they don't have it anywhere anymoreand honestly never been to fishbowl (shameful ik) i am scared of other people making my food
but it looks super yum, rest of your food sounds good too
