MRE 4 scoops
70g coco bombs
300ml almond milk 30g honey
10IU Insulin
Trained ARMS
3 scoops maltodextrin powder (powerade for us aussies)

Afterworkout
no insulin due to busy schedule

Straight to Fish bowl for food (those Aussies that know fish bowl, shits cracker)
They weigh everything at my local as they know me

2 cups brown rice
160g poached chicken
Cucumber
Crispy shallots
Japanese chilli flakes
Onion
Shallots
Green chilli
Shoyu dressing

Meal 3 Tuna and 4 toasts or two tuna sandwiches

Meal 4 Chicken Breast and sweet potato

Meal 5
Pasta and extra lean beef mince

Total macros for the sat
270g protein
550g carbs
60g fats

Weight is down to 116

Sunday was a rest day
Low carbs high protein
15,000 Steps

awesome work, good you kept up activity on rest day too. I miss the zero-sugar powerade liquid... they don't have it anywhere anymore :( and honestly never been to fishbowl (shameful ik) i am scared of other people making my food 😂 but it looks super yum, rest of your food sounds good too

It's the full sugar powerade, I actually prefer it!! You should really try it, my mix is like healthy fried chicken without the fat or calories, biggest Hack

soon man, honestly I don’t see the need to go up more but everyone is telling me to do so. I’ll do some reading and look into some studies regarding intake.
 
in the USA the gatorade contains high fructose corn syrup. pretty sure its banned in australia. its a type 2 diabetics dream
