Low carb day

2IU GH morning
Breakfast
Mre 4 scoops
35g coco bombs

2Nd meal
200g chicken breast
240g white rice
Spinach

3rd meal
185g Tuna
4 9grain toasts
Cucumber

4th meal (30 mins) pre training
MRE 4 scoops
8IU insulin
2 scoops zombie labs infected


During workout
Maltodextrin
36g carbs
10g eaa

Meal 5
300g white rice
260g steak
80g chicken breast

No insulin at night, ate a little later as caught up chatting to people at the gym after I left and client check ins

Night supps
500mg ksm ashwaganda
Magnesium glycinate
5g omega 3 fish oil

2.5IU Gh Before bed

Trained back and looked something like this

Wide grip chin ups no assist bodyweight only
10 reps x 4

Chest assisted Bent over rows prorated grip
10 reps x 6
2 warm up sets
4 working sets

Close grip lateral row
Top sets only
Max weight
12 reps x 4

Low row
4 x 12 reps
Progressive over load with 3 second negative

Lateral pull downs
5 x 15 reps
Same weight throughout and short rest, around 3/4 stack

Total macros
300g protein
410g carbs
55g fat

is there a reason you take your ashwagandha at night i'm curious? just because i usually take mine first thing in the morning
 
I save the socials for after training, some people can’t help to talk though haha. If I take ashwaganda in the day I do feel a little too relaxed, not as alert and I guess response to things can be dulled I find. If I take it at night it seems to have the same effect to a lesser degree. I seriously get to relaxed on it! @Supertiredwantfood

@AE1079 i like the high protein but i would add more omega 3 fats im not sure the amounts enough

Hahaha that’s not a bad thing at all, I was like that when I first joined my gym.. that faded when people realised I wasn’t angry as I looked while training 😂
