i've always been told i look intimidating so no one ever talks to meI save the socials for after training, some people can’t help to talk though haha. If I take ashwaganda in the day I do feel a little too relaxed, not as alert and I guess response to things can be dulled I find. If I take it at night it seems to have the same effect to a lesser degree. I seriously get to relaxed on it! @Supertiredwantfood
Hahaha that’s not a bad thing at all, I was like that when I first joined my gym.. that faded when people realised I wasn’t angry as I looked while trainingi've always been told i look intimidating so no one ever talks to meyeah wow well at least it really works for ya!
