Evening Evo ladies and gents


Lack of logging due to being busy, upgraded my coaching platform and had to work on many different tasks to get it all done. However dieting and training didn’t stop.



20/01 - LC 111.5kg/112.3kg ND

21/01 - ND 110.8kg/112.5KG ND

22/01 - ND 110.5/ 112.2kg HC

23/01 - HC 111.2kg/ 112.2 ND

24/01 - ND 111.0/112.5 ND

LC = low calories

ND = normal day

HC = High carb



The codes at the front is my weight coming off the certain day
And the at the end is my weight coming off that days diet if that makes sense..
Calories have been the same since last week with no changes

Since adding in Anadrol and tren, my weight has dropped and increase in fullness.


1.5kg down with high food and PEDs that hold fluid, I’m happy with this weeks result, my body is working optimally and I can feel the optimal balance. My workload is high and so is my physical workload and still have tons of energy to do it all.

Next week will include a calorie drop - normal days will go down slightly - that’s it. Trending in the right direction means minimal changes, I just want to keep that going.

Today has been 20,000 steps and 2980 cals of high fats - 90g

Low carb - 280g

High protein - 270g

No training


I am starving coming off the high day - t4-t3 conversion is unregulated and the metabolic rate is on fire. No bloat.

Training has been amazing this week. Joints are nice and lubed from the Anadrol which has helped give me confidence in my lifts again. The hammer has gone down in terms of intensity with most of the machines I’m using I’m maxing out the weight for 10-12 reps.



High light this week was the my flat dumbbell chest press doing 65kg for 14 reps. I haven’t gone into that range for a while, and have more to give with the 70s. Being lean and strong has never really gone hand in hand for me but being this as my focus point, I have been able to achieve it.

I am sensing a theme in this photo. For me the tree is representive of nature as is this magnificent sunflower, and the growth that occurs within nature, just as it is within @AE1079 🌳🌻💪

Think about it guys, when was the last time you looked at a tree, and I mean really looked at it in a mindful and curious manner. The way the leaves blow in wind, the way the branches sway from side to side 🍃

You might be thinking at this point, but liquid what has this got to do with bodybuilding? Patience. We will get to this shortly 🙏

Have you ever thought about how many leaves are on a tree? Well I bet you have now. This is your daily reminder to let go of stress in your life and observe nature - it is through this method of observation that one can calm the mind and activate the parasympathetic nervous system which will lower cortisol and in turn maximise gains 📈

Down to 109.8 kg this morning coming off new calories of 3380

310 protein
380 carbs
60 fat

Will post pictures tomorrow as having trouble uploading through the phone.

I have swapped over to steps only - and do a morning walk and a decent pace. I’m finding this to be more beneficial in many ways other than just losing body fat. Going for a walk outdoors in the sun helps with reducing cortisol and inflammation whilst providing vitamin D. It sets me up for the day which is pretty flat out.

Nutrition
Meal 1
4 slices of 9 grain toast
200g 5% beef mince
80g reduced salt tomato sauce
8ML olive oil
( I make these into burgers)

Meal 2
105g coco bombs
2 scoops Iso100
Water

Meal 3
200g barramundi fish
300g white rice
15g tomato sauce

Meal 4
80g COR
1.5 Scoops iso 100
100g blueberries
10g almond butter

Meal 5
200g Barramundi
180g white rice
15g tomato sauce

Meal 6
250g lean rump beef
50g avocado
100g tomatoes
100g spinach

Feeling strong in the gym with lots of energy. Pumps are insane at the moment with the low levels of fat. I have figured out how to stay lean and keep good pumps and most of it does have to do with E2 control and electrolyte balance. Cialis also helps 🤪.

I haven’t been this lean feeling this great.

Cycle as stands currently

50mg Anadrol

Increase in tren and Anadrol
Pinned pre workout

Sleep is amazing, no night sweats.
I do get extremely hot during the day and sweat a lot more. Which is my only side effects so far on cycle. Agression has turned up a little bit more. But so far so good. I have learned how to get a good nights sleep while on tren which was impossible before. It’s doing wonders.

It over the counter only for those aged 55 and over. Otherwise Doctors prescription
 
I’m not on tren but have been having days recently where my watch tells me I’ve had next to no rem sleep and I was wondering about melatonin

How much would you recommend? Can buy it from iherb in 10mg or less tablets
10mg is fine. Just make sure and get the sublingual version.
