afip.org failure to launch

I’m an ex marine and a proud service member of our military. To me its important when you are launching a rocket you do it on time and on target.
Afip.org doesn’t understand that part.
They ship out their products late and send to the wrong person. When I messaged them and asked them where my package was they sent me a receipt and they screwed up my address. They sent it to my neighbors which is extremely dangerous.
