afip.org you guys have screwed me

I wish I could reach into my computer and grab the neck of afip.org management for what they did to me.
I sent them over $5000 in bitcoin for a bulk order. They only shipped me 1 of the orders, they were supposed to ship me 4 orders to split up the packages. They Conveniently made it so I can’t access my account on their website now this is what they do. They won’t answer my emails and I’ve completely lost my mind on this.
