Approved Log Afshin log 2023 for bulking

I'm about to start week 6 and so far I've already shared blood test, meals and gears photos

Currently I'm using Deca 300 + Test C 400 + Proviron 25mg

Meal plan is based on carb cycle.
Breakfast mainly 4 eggs + 1-2 toast bread
lunch and dinner mainly 120g meats + 4-8 spoon rice
Between meals: nuts and protein shake
pre-workout: rice cake + honey + protein shake
post-workout: protein shake

Training :
chest + back +abs
legs+abs
arms
delts + abs

you're doing this meal today now and same every day?
diet, repalce bread with some oatmeal
preworkout drop rice cakes up the protein with honey
post workout you should have a protein meal

training we dont know much from above
check back abs doing what exercises weights reps and sets?
