What do you think about mixing my own protein shake smoothies vs. buying ready made ones?
There is one called Huel US ready to drink protein shake chocolate flavor
It's $60 for a 12 bottles so that's a pretty good deal. that's about what like five bucks per? It comes with 22 g of protein per bottle and would save me a lot of time though?

Huel is actually more of a meal replacement. I worked for the creator (James Collier - nice guy) at expos when he ran MuscleTalk.co.uk. Food is still better.

I buy ready made smoothies it's easier to get it and drink it fast.

Bro Muscle Milk pre mades are 40 grams protein and can get for $4....I prefer pure iso

Real food or make your own shake so you know what is in it.

Real food after training is always better. Just make sure you wait at least 30 minutes to take advantage of the extra fat burning during that time.
