ai on trt dose

No mate, not in my opinion.....

Personally, I have never required one nor have never heard of anyone needing an AI on such an incredibly low dose of test....

Me neither, but I think it also depends on how long you gonna be on! Still it's more than the body's nutritional test.

hey guys just wanted to know if its necessary to use any ai with 150 mg of test e a week...?

There's No 1 answer to that question.
While most Guys if in Decent Shape might not need an AI.

Anyone who is carrying Body Fat in Excess of 13% should be taking one.
And most Guys who go onto TRT over 40, are carrying Body Fat in excess of 20%.......................................... JP
P.S.
To Definitively Answer that Question for you Personally ~ get Bloodwork done !

YES. You need to use an AI. Even just on a TRT dosage of testosterone. Low estrogen levels in the body make for a more favourable fat burning and muscle building environment. You won't need a high dosage of an AI but YES you still need an AI on a TRT dosage of testosterone.

On TRT - aromasin at 5mg EOD or arimidex at 0.25mg EOD is a good dosage
On cycle - aromasin at 10mg EOD or arimidex at 0.5mg EOD is a good dosage

I have seen people get gyno from just TRT dosages. An AI is very very important. It won't hinder gains in any way and will only benefit you.

With such a low dosage you are on borderline of using an AI, but this may not be your case. If I were you, I would do regular blood work, and decide if I need an AI based on the results. If you see that the estrogen levels are too high, then it would be a good idea to use an at a low dosage. If not, just keep on using your TRT dosage.

dependent on a whole lot of other factors like Body fat percentage and previous steroid use
however i agree with muskate, AI should always be used when supplementing with artificial
testosterone, its neglectful not to. when on lower dosages of test just means you use a lower
dosage of AI not just cut it out completely

Alright I think I will start the trt and half way through I will get blood work done to check my estrogen level

blood work is key http://goo.gl/kDk0zS <save 10% on bloodwork

you want your estrogen levels to be balanced. not too low and not too high

I don't like to hear people come out and say YES or NO, i have had clients who have run low dosages of test and gotten gyno symptoms within days. and there are guys like bostin loyd who run a gram of more of gear and don't care cause they got their gyno removed.

and it isn't so simple as saying "if you have a higher body fat you will get gyno" etc. it doesn't work like that always. my client who is very gyno sensitive was very lean .. under 8%

This is a very individual question. Some guys on TRT will need an AI and some wont. Blood work will be the key and your doctor should be following along with this anyways. Some doctors are hesitant to prescribe an AI so if the blood work suggests you need one then push for it.
