I'm currently stacking B-alanine and creatine and using BCAA'S pre and Intra.
I was wondering if there is anything specific to aid in recovery after a really intense session so as to be able to work that body part sooner?

PON is correct. And you don't need a pre or an intra.
 
you don't boost recovery by 'taking' anything. that is the scam and lie in the industry.

your OWN BODY must recover. the best way is high quality sleep PERIOD. Tom Brady, Howard Stern, and many of the most successful people of their profession are in bed at 8pm almost every night and sleep a solid 8-9 hours.
