Looking for guidance on next steps. Feeling pretty shitty and stuck. Any help is appreciated.

2 days of strength training

  • Overnight Oats with Protein and peanut butter
  • 6-8 oz of Chicken/steak/salmon/pork chops with rice or grains and a vegetable

My thoughts for next steps.
1. Start a TRT protocol to get my test levels into the mid to ideal levels. Is this worth shutting myself down totally for? I do not plan to have more children so that is a non issue.
2. Do a test only cycle and use an aromatase inhibitor to control my estrogen levels?
3. Any reasonable ideas that the people here are much smarter than me feel is a smart next step.
 
I haven’t even gotten my log approved and I already know that this is a helpful process. Looking at my meals I realize how awful my diet is.

@ajg223 good start to your log and btw I did check your bloods thread and responded.

In my view you need to work on your diet and training along with redoing PCT.

Diet, you should increase omega 3 fats asap like walnuts and fish oil, add it. 2 grams not enough you need around 15-30 grams. You also need probiotics and psyllium husk daily.
Training, we need to see actual exercises reps sets and weights. I see you added everything but weights.
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I have a feeling you're overtraining.

lets try to take it natural path first.
I suggest we go with 4 weeks of tamoxifen and hcgenerate to re-recover you and lower estrogen

I agree with you doing TRT but lets get the estrogen and hormones under control before you start injections.

With your size you look amazing, very good muscle base, nice abs, overall perfect body.


We should be doing 250mgs testosterone sports-TRT split into 2 injections per week up to 3 maybe but 2 is fine.
add aromasin 5mgs EOD and we can redo bloods BUT
before we do this TRT lets first fix training diet and re-pct
 
@LevButlerov Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to give such a thoughtful response. Everything you suggest is reasonable and doable.

1. I will begin adding weights to my sets moving forward.
2. I stopped and got walnuts and will increase my fish oil intake to get to at least 15g per day.
3. It is strange you think I might be over training. Having two young kids it takes an effort to get even 45 minutes to work out a day. I make it a priority but I am definitely not in the gym 2 hours a day.
4. Have nolva on hand and just ordered hcgenerate to restart PCT.
5. I have an appointment with an endocrinologist in a few weeks. Assume will take more bloods then. If not I will get some on my own.

I will continue to update the log and see if I start feeling better. I need to update my photo as that good one is me at the end of my var cycle. I am not as lean now due to the holidays and feeling shitty and bloated. Thank you again.
 
So bloods again dont look terrible but if you feel terrible thats a problem.

TRT isnt without its own associated risks. Its relatively safe but I wouldnt just jump to TRT without making sure its something you need for the rest of your life but again just my own opinion.

I have 3 kids all under the age of 7. Im ALWAYS a little tired LOL I havent got a great nights sleep in a while.

If your PCT wasnt good its also a reason why you feel kinda shitty. Even a mild oral like anavar i still a steroid and it will shut you down 100%. When you dropped the Anavar if you went cold turkey you are going to feel it thats why a PCT is always suggested for a soft landing. You dont need sky high levels of clomid or nolva. I always run low dose of each when coming off a cycle along with N2Generate ES.

Then you just relax and chill and let your body recover. I do 1 cycle a year from may - early August. Then I PCT and I touch zero PED's except for maybe some GW501516 or some MK677 which are both non-suppressive.

I like your plan though and get bloods done again and see where you are at.
 
I agree with you and @LevButlerov. I think I ran a poor PCT and that will be my first order of business before making a lifetime decision like TRT. I would like to be able to run test and/or mild orals 1-2 times a year. I had a great experience on cycle with the Anavar. My feelings of well being and overall comfort of “being in my skin” were at a level I have never experienced. I am not someone who is trying to gain size. My goal for any actions moving forward will be to maximize my quality of life and feelings of well being. There is always going to be trade offs and I am not willing to mortgage my autumn years for now, but at the same time, living a long life feeling miserable is not really living. Thank you for taking the time.
 
this is a decision that you have to make
we could tell you to do this or we could tell you to do that but at the end of the day it's your body and you've got to make the decision and live with it
 
@stevesmi I absolutely will take complete responsibility for whatever decisions I make. I just ask for advice because there is so much knowledge on these boards. I was convinced I was going to start TRT until I listened to the podcast series on TRT and decided to reconsider/get more info.

doesnt sound like you recovered from cycle and it was really mild bro... get hcgenerate
 
@25homes. What does my lack of recovery say about my ability to use injectables in the future? If I reacted this poorly to something as mild as Anavar should I stay away?

The biggest thing to keep in mind is fertility
if you ask what people regret who have done trt it's that their fertility has been shot forever
 
you got a good attitude and physique
I see no reason why you shouldn't be cycling steroids no need to stay on at this point

I think you will be fine running a couple Cycles a year and then go from there

but the truth is what your blood work says not what we say
 
there's gonna be people who say to just jump on trt
and there's gonna be people who say not to so it really is your decision to make
 
bros I think you should wait because you're not a hundred percent sure yet
so just cycle steroids for now do 10 or 12 weeks on and off
