Bloods on Tuesday. Assuming all numbers are good I will be starting a Test cycle. Will create a new log when that comes.

Slow cooked beef 8oz
Roasted broccoli in oil

1 serving walnuts
1 cup Oikos Triple 0 Greek yogurt
1/2 cup granola
2 servings of psyllium husk

Training

3 minute cold plunge
6x6 at 70% OH Shoulder Press 115lbs
3x10 Dbl KB Push Press at 53 lb each hand
3x10 Shrugs with 80lb each hand
500m row sprint 1:32

make sure you're using non-refined oil to cook that broccoli
I steam them and just water myself and I add some salt
 
very easy to cook nice vegetables and you can eat them raw too
 
you can also buy salad it tastes really good with some apple cider vinegar and chicken added
 
you can try also Swiss chard it's really good in soups along with some spinach
 
Update: have the flu and am praying for death
@ajg223 take extra vitamins extra vitamin D, vitamin C, NAC and elderberry with honey and rest more dont worry you will recover, we are waiting for you
 
Wednesday - first semi-normal day since being sidelined with the flu for almost a week.

Bloodwork will be back any day now. Once I get them I will be starting a new log with my proposed cycle plans to get feedback.

and kneeling wall ball press 20 lb ball
4x12 one arm bent over row 80lb kb and 50m farmers carry 80lbs each hand
3 rounds of
30 Russian twists
20 weighted sit ups
10 slam balls
all movements at 20 lbs
