Psyllium Husk Powder
Overnight Oats with Protein and 2 tbs PB

Meal 2
1 cup Oikos Triple 0 Greek yogurt
1/2 cup granola

Meal 3
Chicken and rice noodles with broccoli, peppers and onions. Red pepper sauce

Snacks
3/4 cup of walnuts

Totals: 140 protein/200 carbs/94 fat - 2200 calories

I know this is not enough protein.

4x12 Pec Dec Fly and Reverse Fly at 100lb
4x12 Core Pull Down at 60lb

4x6 OH Press at 115lb

Deadlift Pyramid
2x3 at 245lb

@ajg223 deadlift pyramid is hardcore, you're going to make hot gains but protein HAS to go up, drink some protein
 
Wednesday - first semi-normal day since being sidelined with the flu for almost a week.

Bloodwork will be back any day now. Once I get them I will be starting a new log with my proposed cycle plans to get feedback.

I should be getting my blood results tomorrow. Assuming they are all in order, I have made the plan below. I am open to opinions and advice from people that know more than I do. This would be my first test cycle. The only other cycle I have done is an Anavar cycle that was tremendously successful, but ruined by a terrible PCT. Thank you to everyone for the continued support and consideration.

Testosterone Cyp 12 week cut cycle

Stats: 40 years old, 185 lbs, BF = 12% according to the fancy machine at the gym (less concerned about how accurate it is as it is remarkably consistent. So even if it's off I feel confident that any increase or decrease shown on the machine is accurate.)

Goal: decrease body fat percentage while maintaining strength. Basically trying to look shredded for the summer. Purely vanity and feeling good about myself. Want to look better at 40 than I did at 25.

Was thinking about 500mg a week split into two doses stacked with caradine at 20mg a day.

Will be taking n2guard and 12 g of fish oil per day while on cycle.

Diet will stay relatively similar other than I will be attempting to maintain a small calorie deficit and will fast 14-16 hours a day (from dinner until 1st meal at 11:15). Goal will be 2100 cal 180g protein/175 carbs/75 fat exclusive of fish oil.

Training will remain similar as it is the most I can possibly fit into my schedule. Will try to add some more aerobic/crossfit style workouts at the end of each session.

Have everything for the Perfect PCT ready to go as well as aromasin.

Will be getting bloods in April which will be at week 5-6 depending on when I start.

Was thinking about cruising the majority of the summer on Anavar. I become more active in the summer, but spend less time in the gym. Workouts become more kettlebell, dumbbell and bodyweight centric as I spend a lot of time at the beach and don't have access to a gym. I don’t know when to start the var. During PCT or after PCT is complete?

so this is your cycle

week 1-16
testosterone 500mgs/week (250/250)
cardarine gw 20mgs/day (10/10 split) (week 1-12)
n2guard 7caps/day (3/4 split)
aromasin 10mgs/day (5/5 split am pm)
cadazol preworkout 2 caps (right pre)

On the diet and training we need your training to go UP big time and diet MUST go up in protein.

On the cruising, you can cruise sure but light testosterone self TRT is better to cruise not anavar. Think 100mgs test/week.

We will need to start a new LOG journal when this cycle starts, whats your 1st day plan?
