Been a tough couple of days with family things. Haven’t gotten to train. Getting bloodwork in two weeks to see where my numbers are at. Hopefully I can avoid trt and start a test only cycle. The numbers will dictate that though and won't start anything if it's unhealthy.

Monday
Sleep 6.5 hours
Greens and coffee in morning

Meal 1

Fish Oil
Psyllium Husk Powder
Overnight Oats with Protein and 2 tbs PB

Meal 2

Greek Yogurt 1 cup
1/2 cup granola
6 oz of chicken breast
Pear

Meal 3
Chicken breast 8 oz
2 small corn tortillas
Enchilada sauce, onions, and black beans

Meal 4
1.5 cups Greek yogurt
3/4 cup granola

Training
3 minute cold plunge

Supps

  • Dim 300mg
  • TUDCA (1000 mg) + NAC (200 mg)
  • Fish Oil (10,000 mg)
  • Astragalus (500 mg)
  • Glucosamine (1,800 mg)
  • AG1 Greens
  • Probiotic
  • Creatine

Don’t see any physical changes happening but feel so much better in the gym after upping my calories over 500 a day. Will be a challenge to hit goals without shakes but determined to get there.

3 minute cold plunge
4x10 Back Squat at 275lbs
5x5 dead lift at 340lbs

100% agree with Steve, I was hard in myself and didn't think I made much progress at all looking at myself, till the community stepped in and told me how much I had achieved with my log and photos
