Don’t see any physical changes happening but feel so much better in the gym after upping my calories over 500 a day. Will be a challenge to hit goals without shakes but determined to get there.

@ajg223 on the days you have family do minimum 100 push ups alright?Been a tough couple of days with family things. Haven’t gotten to train. Getting bloodwork in two weeks to see where my numbers are at. Hopefully I can avoid trt and start a test only cycle. The numbers will dictate that though and won't start anything if it's unhealthy.

100% agree with Steve, I was hard in myself and didn't think I made much progress at all looking at myself, till the community stepped in and told me how much I had achieved with my log and photosa healthy body will yield strong results

you're only on page six of this log and we have a long way to go. Have you seen the other logs and the results that guys are getting? At this rate by the time we get to page 50 you're going to look absolutely sick
