Can I throw a hypothetical out there? If my bloodwork comes back and my estradiol is normal and my test levels are around 400-450, would that give me the green light to start a 12 week test only cycle? I have everything I would need on hand including ingredients of the perfect pct. Thanks for humoring me.

@ajg223 it is possible why not, but you know until we see bloods it's guessing
when will we see your blood work?

more than 7 grams a day of fish oil?

I only list the working sets. I build up to my weight, then maintain for the prescribed sets. Different lifts require different amounts of build up. For example yesterday’s deadlift took me 5-6 sets to get to 340. Curls only one.

Heck my wife is taking 15 grams of omega3 per day. That comes out to about 40 grams of fish oil per day.

so easier to get liquid fish oil distilled and drink it

So what dose per tbs should I be looking for? The options I see on Amazon are roughly 1.6g per tbs.

Been a tough couple of days with family things. Haven’t gotten to train. Getting bloodwork in two weeks to see where my numbers are at. Hopefully I can avoid trt and start a test only cycle. The numbers will dictate that though and won't start anything if it's unhealthy.

Got a little busy this week. A sick kid threw things off. So updating the log now. Was able to maintain consistency in meals. Training was affected. Still did something every day, but didn't have as much time as I hoped.
