Yeah I know. A sick toddler wrecked my sleep. Was up most nights so it wasn’t even continuous sleep.
 
Sunday was a bad day all around.

Today, Monday, back on the horse.

Sleep 7 hours
Greens and coffee in morning

Meal 1
Fish Oil
Psyllium Husk Powder
Overnight Oats with Protein and 2 tbs PB

Meal 2
2 grilled pork chops
couscous and cucumber
Fish oil

Snacks
1 serving walnuts
1 cup Oikos Triple 0 Greek yogurt
1/2 cup granola

Training

3 minute cold plunge
6x3 DL at 325 and 36” box jumps
4x20 DB OH Press (60 lbs) and 10 Rotational box jumps at 20”

30 weighted sit ups
30 Step to Rotational Press
30 cal bike
400m run

Got a little busy this week. A sick kid threw things off. So updating the log now. Was able to maintain consistency in meals. Training was affected. Still did something every day, but didn't have as much time as I hoped.

Thursday

3 minute cold plunge

4x10 Back squat at 265lbs
5x5 Deadlift at 335lbs

These pictures remind us how we feel right now and how in the future we never want to feel that way again, don't feel bad brother everyone here has seen me at my worst photo wise and I'm nowhere near my best, the good news is the community is supportive and want to help u reach your goals, keep pushing eventually you will get to where u wanna go.
