The problem at 48 isn’t that you can’t use something like Deca or Primo, it is that you don’t want to use something like Deca if it doesn’t agree with your blood/body, and you don’t have the luxury of making too many mistakes on that score. I wouldn’t touch var at that age, but that has more to do with how my body deals with it. Also, diet and cardio need to be absolutely on point. You just have decreasing margins of error.
