Why do some people claim that tren is making them gain muscles while shredding their fat at the same time even tho they are on a caloric surplus??? Since you are the tren lord, I want your guidance on this if it is true or not.

Why do pregnant women gain a lot of weight even if they keep their calories the same?

Because it isn’t about just calories in. It’s also about hormonal changes and calories out too.

This is why IIFYM is a dumb idea and didn’t work. The people who pushed that diet 12 years ago have been proven wrong 😑

Tren throws off calories out because it’s a sponge 🧽 and it also affects metabolism/hormones. There are people who ate nothing but junk on it who shredded for that reason. I dont recommend doing that because you’re doing damage in your body that you’re not seeing but that answers your question.

If tren is increasing metabolic rate, does it mean we are not in surplus when we think we are? Why would muscle growth happen if tren increases body’s metabolic rate but we are consuming the same amount of calories thinking we are in surplus?

Because tren creates an environment for muscle growth.

Lowering SHBG. Increasing protein synthesis. Boosting red cells. Increasing aggression ..Raising male hormones. Breaking down numerous barriers that prevents us from gaining an excess amount of muscle versus what we should naturally have on our frame.

This is why if you use anabolic steroids you’re able to put on more muscle doing the exact same thing as you were doing when you are natural

I am doing 1 year bulking that will end in March next year, the first half of my bulking cycle was natural and started using tren and other compounds like 2 weeks ago. I have accumulated fat as well because of the first half natural bulking phase cuz of calorie surplus. I am getting two statements from people:

1. "tren will limit additional fat gain while building muscles while you are in calorie surplus",

2. "tren will limit additional fat gain while lowering existing body fat percentage while building muscle in calorie surplus"

Which one is true? If the second statement is true, does it mean people who take tren don't follow the traditional bulking and cutting cycle system?

Sounds to me that someone doesn't understand anobolics at all. Using tren is not a good choice for your age.
