We’re proud to announce a 24-48 hour delivery guarantee for East Coast customers and a 48-72 hour guarantee for West Coast customers. This improvement comes as a result of changes to our warehousing, resolving the challenges we faced over the past year that led to delayed shipments. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during that time. As many of you know, we’ve gifted free items to affected customers to show our appreciation for your patience and understanding.
It’s time to return to the reliable service you came to expect in 2020 and 2021, when orders consistently arrived within 48 hours. These changes are a step toward that goal, ensuring your satisfaction and trust remain our top priorities.
New Order Requirements
To maintain this efficiency, we’ve implemented the following policies:
1. Full Payments Required:
• All payments must be made in full before orders are shipped. Unfortunately, some recent payments have been short by $5-$20, and while these amounts may seem small, they accumulate over time.
• We do not cover transaction fees for sending cryptocurrency. Please ensure the full amount, including fees, is paid.
• We support multiple cryptocurrencies, including Litecoin (which is often cheaper to send than Bitcoin). If you need assistance with payment methods, feel free to reach out.
2. Proof of Payment:
• After placing your order, please send proof of payment (a screenshot or transaction ID) to the confirmation email provided.
3. Timely Payments:
• Orders must be paid within 24 hours of being placed. Unpaid orders will be canceled after this timeframe.
These measures are designed to streamline the process, reduce delays, and provide you with the quickest and most reliable service possible.
