Mate I would suggest speaking to someone on here who is highly active and respected by the members. Perhaps @Seventieschild or @Pigsy can hand pick 2-3 members to trial your products and give reviews.
There is quite a few up and coming labs right now so everyone is spoiled for choice.

The guys that take samples and don't follow up with their part of the agreement should be named and put on a no sample list.thats just my opinion.
