Hello guys
I want to start my 2nd cycle after 4 month
I recently finished my first cycle and it was Test E 500 for 3 month and I gained 10 kg with low fat and low water retention

My 2nd cycle will be:
Test E 250 week 1-6 / 500 6-12
Anadrol 50 Ed week 1-6

Pct: Tamoxifen 40/20/20/10 and clomifen 75/50/50/25 and liv52 and fish oil

I train 4 times a week, 40 minutes each time

H: 176 cm
W: 65
Age: 26
Calorie: 3200
Protein/carb/fat: 150/350/50 gram

I'm Iranian and it's easy to buy test and anadrol from pharmacy becoz they are legal to buy

Don't titrate up. Start at 500mg/wk the whole cycle.
I would also run the anadrol later in the cycle when lifts stall. You don't wanna be super strong right off the bat and cause an injury.
Make sure you have an AI on hand and are using organ protection.

Thank you for your reply, 2 years ago I start to train and I was 40 kg, I gained 15 kg in 8 month, then my growing stopped, then I lift 12 month naturally with no gains, I also increased my calorie from 2200 to 3200 and saw nothing
I had lost my hope to continue So i decided to taking drugs

If your not growing on 3200 cals then you need more. Start a log so we can check out your training and diet and help you get right before your cycle starts so you can optimize your cycle and put on some good weight.

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... If you can get pharmacy grade anadrol then testosterone and anadrol is for you but food is important too and so is training and so is diet and a lot more.

The issue is we see you're a newer guy and we need to know more about you to help you with your cycle properly. Think about it, we just see 1 post on forum we know NOTHING about you. WE need to know more details about you to properly help you with this cycle. You should start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary diet training cardio sleep, and post it here on the forums so we can guide you BEFORE you cycle.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

yes definitely get a lot going I definitely want to see your diet in detail
however make sure people understand where you came from because we all have different bone structures and if you are originally super-skinny that makes a difference obviously

it is better to come from a place of being skinny then coming from a place where you are fat
definitely not a disadvantage so don't think of it that way
 
we need a log from you
without knowing your full diet and training it's impossible to give you the best advice
 
full information is important we also need to know about your sleep, cardio, supplements, and your history and everything else in between

that is the best thing you can do
make sure you give your full information not just say your stats
