Anavar and taurine

Can anyone shed some light on the anavar and taurine relationship? I heard its best to add taurine to an anavar cycle but what is the science behind it?
 
Yes make sure to get some taurine if you run var. The pumps are amazing, but even at 40mgs ed I was getting painful shin pumps where I couldn't finish my cardio some days.
 
Doesn't happen to everyone but when it does trust me you will know, when I get them in my lower back sometimes its hard to get out of bed at first. I take a shit load of taurine potassium and electrolytes on top of a good diet to help. I believe another thing that helps is keeping your liver functioning the best it can so supports like N2Guard also aid in the process
 
Hmm, I haven't tan into any issues with pumps yet and I've been running 50mg anavar ed for 4 weeks. Hope it stays that way, sounds painful.
 
most of the time, proper hydration will fix this problem.

if not, taurine will help with cramps from anavar. potassium is also good for this.

if running a trenbolone compound, or anavar it never hurts to have taurine on hand.
 
pumps are good don't overdo the taurine!!

need to get in more nutrition.. fruits and veggies
 
i never recommend using a methylated oral without taurine... it should be a staple for everyone

I've used 3-5g of taurine before foot races before. 5k, 10k as well as heavy squat and back days. Did the trick for me. Granted, I was running other compounds as well.
 
Ok. My wife does the var at 10mg ed. No issues yet (maybe because dose is low) .., when I do it I'll add the taurine.
 
It is possible to be 'deficiency' in taurine despite it being classified as a non-essential amino acid, and deficiency states can be induced experimentally with overfeeding of Beta-Alanine which competes at the level of the transporter due to being structured similarily.[SUP][1][/SUP] Guanidinoethane sulfonate (GES) may also be used to inhibit taurine uptake.[SUP][15][/SUP]
Knocking out the taurine transporter (TauT, also known as SLC6a6) genetically, and preventing its uptake into cardiomyocytes and skeletal muscle, can lead to cardiomyopathy and reduction in exercise performance coupled with a loss of body weight.[SUP][12][/SUP]
Taurine deficiency in skeletal muscle is a bit difficult to assess as the two ways to inhibit uptake influence muscle function, as guanidinoethane sulfonate itself enhances response to Ca[SUP]2+[/SUP] in muscle cells[SUP][16][/SUP] as does Beta-Alanine which is a proven ergogenic aid. Studies using genetic knock-out mice without the transporter at all note that weight-loaded swimming test performance was reduced from 118+/-2.3m to 10+/-2.5min,[SUP][17][/SUP] treadmill running endurance is reduced by over 80%,[SUP][18][/SUP] and the skeletal muscle itself undergoes atrophy with some cells actually displaying necrosis.[SUP][12]

the extra fluid from the fruits and veggies will definitely help.

was this guy an alter? If so i can guess who i bet. FYI no amount of water will fix the pumps we are talking about, in fact the better hydrated you are the worse the pumps should be logic would tell us.
 
PS. I still have yet to use taurine for pumps because i've never had them as bad as i did the last 4 week of dbol. I get painful pumps but never anything bad enough to care much. Until dbol needless to say
 
Would 500mg, 2-3 times daily be enough, Dylan?

that should be just fine... sometimes you may need a slight amount more than the recommended daily dose but you never want to go crazy with that either... as bodybuilders, athletes, etc... we tend to need a bit more than the average user but keeping that safe and consistent is important as well...
