New to these forums and hoping to get some input in regards to Anavar.
I am a 23 year old female. I started training about 10 months ago with the support of my BF. When first starting I was 52 kilo and was in excess of 30 % fat. I am currently 68 kilos and have about 18% body fat (I can faintly see abs- legs are currently 24.5 and arms are 13.5 - waist is 26). My BF recommended that the first 12 months I bulk to develop muscle with the aim of gaining about 1 kilo per month. To-date, I have taken anavar twice and had great success. The first cycle was for 6 weeks. The second cycle was for 4 weeks (cut short due to a family emergency). On both occasions I used 10 mg. The first cycle I had only minor sides - frequent urination, very mild acne (only one or two pimples) and experiencing a racing heart when squatting. On the second cycle I experienced no sides. The product I have is genuine as BF has tested via lab. At present I am on about 3200 calories a day and am on a 40:40:20 ratio for protein, carbs and fats. I train six afternoons a week. I also train mornings five days a week with HIIT Tues & Thurs and train calves Mon, Tues, Fri (my calves were horrid when I first started lol) - my afternoon training is Mon - Butt/Legs; Tues - Chest; Wed - Back; Thurs - Shoulders; Friday - Legs; Sat - Arms. I live with my BF and do not work so I am able to sleep after each morning workout for about 60 to 90 mins and get 8 sleep per night.
So now the question. At present I am starting my third cycle of Anavar. I have had a 6 week break so can start again. I am curious to try 15 mg and then maybe even 20 mg. My BF has trained for over 20 years and is dead against me upping my dosage, stating that there are no significant returns and only increases in risks for sides when going over 10 mg. Is there anyone here that has tried 15 mg or even 20 mg; did they see improved results? Curious for any feedback - after all knowledge is power.
