Approved Log Anavar Oral First cycle Pre-Log

Any advice would be greatly appreciated on this new journey I’m about to start used to be a big kid dropped a lot of weight now trying to build muscle while losing body fat

Probably like 30-35% body fat



I’m up at 5:50am and out the door at 6:45amthen at the gym by 7:00am there for about 1h-1h-30mins

Arms biceps triceps traps shoulders
Chest and back
Legs
Day off
Then repeat

8-9
Then coming home
Collagen
3 tabs of creatine
2 cup’s of unsweetened Silk almond milk
1 scoop of bcaas
1scoop protein powder
1/4 chia seeds
1 tablespoon of fibre oat powder
1/2 cup blueberries
1 green banana

Have 5 large whole eggs
With One cup onion half cup garlic
With turmeric and pepper
Half an avocado
With hard Parmesan cheese not a lot tho
Fish oil calcium magnesium zinc vitamin D vitamin E vitamin C probiotic

1/3cup almonds
1/3cup blueberries
Half an avocado with turmeric and pepper

1:30
Haveing
1scoop protein power
With 2cup Silk almond milk

3:00
1 scoop protein power with
With 150ml of Silk almond milk and water

4:00 sometimes haveing
1 farm raise pepperette


Dinner at 5-6-
Calcium fish oil iron
5oz chicken with veg Broccoli cauliflower Brussels sprouts

I'm happy you started with your diet and this we can call your log journal. Now we need to see your diet training sleep and supplementation.

35% bodyfat is high to start anavar, might cause you sides. have you considered sarms like cardarine gw to start off?

@Ronyn a full log would look more like the other logs I show below and make sure you start the LOG NOW.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Gear I think starting slow is better but you tell me I was thinking open to listening to people who have done this before thank you again

Dosage: Anavar - 10-20 milligrams per day; Creatine - 15 grams daily.
6-8 weeks.
