more like 22% i would say. maybe even less

you just do not have much muscle on your frame so it gives your body a soft look. FASTING you need to look into this. all that loose skin you have will benefit

I do intermittent fasting I stop eating at 5pm-6pm and I also do a fasted workout
 
get on a consistent workout program daily. what is your average day like right now in terms of trianing and diet?
as I listed for all my meal plans and times I eat and what I eat I eat that every day I listed all the times I eat if there’s anything I should change to benefit me just let me know take a look at it I didn’t put all the macros and all that stuff in there but I got recommended to me for benefit lean muscle mass and fat loss but I would go with whatever you think I should do
 
Any advice would be greatly appreciated on this new journey I’m about to start used to be a big kid dropped a lot of weight now trying to build muscle while losing body fat

I’m up at 5:50am and out the door at 6:45amthen at the gym by 7:00am there for about 1h-1h-30mins

Arms biceps triceps traps shoulders
Chest and back
Legs
Day off
Then repeat

8-9
Then coming home
Collagen
3 tabs of creatine
2 cup’s of unsweetened Silk almond milk
1 scoop of bcaas
1scoop protein powder
1/4 chia seeds
1 tablespoon of fibre oat powder
1/2 cup blueberries
1 green banana

With One cup onion half cup garlic
With turmeric and pepper
Half an avocado
With hard Parmesan cheese not a lot tho
Fish oil calcium magnesium zinc vitamin D vitamin E vitamin C probiotic

Half an avocado 1/3 cup blueberry 1/3 cup almond raw with calcium fish oil zinc probiotic for gut health vitamin D vitamin C vitamin E
Also putting turmeric and pepper on my avocado
 
you need to be patient and put in the hours and good things will happen
