New to the site and looking forward to learning from you guys.
I have been lifting for the past 3-4 years but only got serious about competing 6 months ago.
I joined an amazing team of affiliates and my Coach is amazing.
After two months of training, we decided to start me of on Anavar and Tbol.
But I'm reading pro's and cons, not about what I'm using but the fact that they are Oral?
I read about fish oils and liver problems. My trainer made drink 6-8 soft gels a day and at night I have a juice blend of Beetroot, Spinach, Celery, Ginger and lemon and on high carb days an apple in that juice is included.
The Anav and the Tbol are light compared to what I read on here. Both are 10mg a day.
Some shared thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
