what type of anti aging supplement would you recommend as the top right in the market for men? or suggest a stack of supps to get similar anti agent benefits ? thank you.

what mobster suggested but also implementing fasting which will get rid of old cells and refresh new ones.

the worst ways to age are drugs, alcohol, and cigs obviously. but stress is one overlooked too. if you have a stressy life you need to sweat and exercise everyday to get that shit out

They are still working on that "Miracle in a Bottle".

So for right now, it's Hard Work in the Gym, a Good Diet.
Limit your Alcohol and Stress.
Don't Smoke Cigarettes................................ JP
P.S.
When it comes out ~ I'll be at the Top of that List to Purchase some !

Anti-aging supplements are sort of a scam but anti-oxidants DO prevent free radicals from forming and will prevent aging somewhat.

Don't expect miracles but using a good multivitamin each day will help delay aging. The sponsor of the board N2bm.com makes a really good multi vitamin that's very affordable. It's called Ruthless 3d. A 1 month supply is around $20. Wouldn't hurt. A multivitamin is a good supplement to take anyways.

1.Stem cells therapy 2. Hgh or maybe sarms peptide protocol, 3. $$$ 4. Healthy fish and fresh fruit and veggies diet. 5. Genes(that's probably 1a really but if you don't have it well)
6. Clean colon and probiotics(and enemas [emoji15][emoji28][emoji43]) but if you go the supps route q10, fish oil, flax seed, amino acids, & 2-6 if you got the money or 3-6 if you don't. 1-6 if your really rich. The stem cells is revolutionary.

Hgh is too but has its side effects of course and cost an arm and 2 legs and can be tricky to get unless you pay extra for man's clinic or anti aging clinic.

But if your talking feeling young 1-2. Looking 3-6. Sorry I know this was long and kinda joking but if I was super wealthy I'd be up to my neck in stem cells daily. As many as I could get. If you don't have the genes though may not matter much.

Do yourself an enormous favor, Vjeffporter; stop listening to the "tell 'em what they want to hear" marketing that promotes that type of garbage and start listening to the likes of Mobster who are trying to tell you the truth.

Easy example or two: read the interviews they have with the ladies and gents who are 100+. In a good many cases what you notice is just how chilled out they are. They might have a drink or smoke and have been in a war and lost people but they tend to be the kind that lets stress just wash over them. In terms of actual races and I'm think of those from the Med or Japan it's down to healthy diets (with healthy fats). Often they worked outside (fresh air) and did physical if not excessively hard jobs.

The day some makes a pill and those using it start hitting 120 all the time those that wanna last can. I'm not sure actually lasting a long time is something we wanna do. Anti-aging comes in two forms. Looking young (mostly cosmetic) and feeling young / being healthy. I, for one, would love the energy I had between 18 and 27.

Even the model I mentioned earlier who looks amazing for 60+ and others will tell you about their skin care routines, how much water they drink, their diets and their daily exercise routines. We're talking 40+ years of good habits every damned day.

GH and its peptides (sermorelin, ipormorelin, ghrp2 / 6 etc... can have some anti-aging properties.
