Omega 3 fatty acids are the best natural anti inflammatory supplements you can use. What you want to do is stack fish oil, krill oil and seal oil together.

How much Omega 3 are you consuming? A typical supplement will only recommend around 2g per day but we should be getting 6-10g per day. Especially if we are lifting weights.
