I am 46 years old, 5’10” tall and was in good shape when I was younger but eventually ballooned up to 319 pounds. Went on the carnivore diet about six months ago and have dropped down to 230 pounds. I have several coworkers who use anabolic steroids and I would like to state working out again and putting some muscle back on. I have a bottle of Test E 250 and am looking to start a cycle but am new to all of this. One of my coworkers who has had very good results recommended this site as a place where I might find some guidance moving forward. Again, any help/ info is greatly appreciated.
 
best things you can do is build up your conditioning before you start your steroid journey.
i'm talking muscle conditioning. you don't want to figure things out on a cycle or your wasting your time

check out the logs on here and get training/diet ideas. from there you put up a log as well.
 
Steve & Mobster are correct i would commit one year into getting as physically conditioned as possible and building a strong base, many guys think the answer is gear right away when it is infact the exact opposite, you will increase gains and have a far more productive cycle by putting the time in now and building the blocks needed for muscle growth. The upside is far less negative impacts on the body doing it that way.
 
1. Great job taking control of your life and getting yourself into better condition

2. DO NOT let others persuade you into doing something you absolutely should not be doing.. You need to put in quite a bit of time working out before you even consider any type of steroid and/or PED usage... learning fundamentals, how your body responds to different types of training, dialing in your diet, developing discipline and consistency etc. are ALL factors that need to be developed first...

3. You also would need to do blood panels and cover all your bases, get baselines and find out which areas you are lacking in that need addressed health wise...

4. My best advice would be to ask more fundamental diet and training questions and get yourself on the right path where you are learning proper fundamentals and obtaining knowledge etc...

5. Noone with a fraction of a functioning brain cell would ever advise or put you on any steroid or PED right now

Thanks man, I’ve started out slow with the lifting. Light weight, high reps. I have some injuries from when I was younger. I was beat myself up pretty good when I was in my 20’a and 30’s.

Cycling steroids though is not a joke and has to be taken seriously.

well easy, please start a new thread with your current log journal and we will guide you into a full cycle
log journal just has your diet training cardio sleep and history and it helps us help you and guide you during and into a cycle

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Thanks to everyone for the outpouring of info and support. I will start a log and get some before and after pics up when I can. Diet info would be greatly appreciated as I’m still just on carnivore and basically just eat once a day in the evenings. I’m working on building a home gym as I’m also raising a 2 yr old boy by myself which was definitely I rely big part of the plan at 46, but that’s life. While I definitely want to get strong, my biggest fear is putting the weight back on. I still need to get my bmi waaaay down. Even at 230 I’m still fat.
