Thanks to everyone for the outpouring of info and support. I will start a log and get some before and after pics up when I can. Diet info would be greatly appreciated as I’m still just on carnivore and basically just eat once a day in the evenings. I’m working on building a home gym as I’m also raising a 2 yr old boy by myself which was definitely I rely big part of the plan at 46, but that’s life. While I definitely want to get strong, my biggest fear is putting the weight back on. I still need to get my bmi waaaay down. Even at 230 I’m still fat.
