Anyone used a "Restart Protocol" to get HPTA and Test Up After Blast/Cruise 1yr+?

I'm trying to learn as much as possible about restart protocols, and I'd love to hear some feedback from those of you who successfully recovered from a year or more on AAS.

I've seen a lot of mixed protocols, generally consisting of HCG, Clomid and Nolva.

Please share your restart protocol: how many years where you on AAS/Dosages, what was your restart PCT, and how effectively did it work (test levels after)?

bro a restart protocol is the same as a PCT...if you want to restart your HPTA do the Perfect pct for 8 weeks....

The absolute best HPTA restart protocol (also called PCT) is the perfect PCT protocol: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

Follow the protocol exactly as it is listed. I have seen it change people's testosterone levels from severely low to normal-high.

I wouldn't use HCG as part of your protocol. Give this thread a read: http://www.evolutionary.org/hcg-dangers-exposed/

The best thing you can do for a restart is the above mentioned perfect PCT - it is by far the best protocol to get your body recovered, and ready for the next cycle.

i was just wondering about this as well. obviously, there would be some adjustments to the perfect pct for being on for around a year? stronger dosages or length of time?

there is no such thing as 'restarting your HPTA'

only your body can recover itself.. but during this time you run a PCT so you can keep your gains and feel good.

people think when they run hcg for example that it is boosting their testosterone when it is only doing that temporarily since it is mimicking LH. once you stop hcg and its out of your system your test will crash back down because the hcg is suppressive.

I disagree with this statement..... Dr Scally's HPTA restart protocol specifically states HCG to be used.

My endo uses it and has recovered many men from years of AAS abuse using the above protocol.

Human chorionic gonadotropin (hcg) is taken at 2500lU every other day for 16 days. clomiphene citrate 50 mg is taken twice per day for 30 days.tamoxifen citrate is taken 20 mg per day for 45 days.

hcg is suppressive, you should never use it in PCT under any circumstances. anyone who tells you otherwise is very ignorant about how these compounds work

hcg doesn't recover a damn thing.. it gives a TEMPORARY boost to your testosterone levels while suppressing your LH and FSH. you might as well run exogenous hormones and you would get the exact same results. that would be like me telling someone to use testosterone during PCT. hey your test levels will go up right? so it must be a good thing right? give me a break

this is the piss poor pct advice that gets re-gurgitated and parroted on the internet among people who don't even cycle steroids but stay on year round.

any clown who tells you there is such thing as 'restarting the HPTA' is just trying to rip you off.. the HPTA and PCT isn't something you throw a bunch of compounds at and manipulate and hope it works. there is an actual art to pct which is you want to keep your gains and feel good during. there is no such compound in existence that actually restarts the HPTA .. if such a thing existed we could just run steroids for life without consequences

do you mean cycling a year straight or just running 1 or 2 cylces a year? without a break for a full year. you need a long extensive pct bro

There is a significant amount of academic evidence pointing to HCG's ability to stimulate LH.

wow do you have a misunderstanding of how hcg works.

hcg MIMICS LH. it doesn't stimulate it.

that is like saying that testosterone has the ability to stimulate testosterone.

do me a favor and go run before and during bloodwork on hcg and watch what happens to LH on it. the blood work doesn't lie, but the internet forum parroting sure does. this is why so many guys are on TRT, they listen to the wrong people on this stuff and they get clipped

Steve steered you right here man.
